Benjamin Plaut

Undergraduate Student

I am a freshman Physics major at CMU. My main research interests involve applying the concepts and problem solving techniques of Physics to other disciplines such as biology and chemistry. After completing my bachelor's degree, I plan to attend graduate school in Physics or a related field. I received my SURF fellowship for the summer of 2013 and excited to do research in Mandal Lab on single-molecule biophysics. I am also a competitive ballroom dancer.
