 Instrument Reservations


**TO USE AN INSTRUMENT IN THE CMA**

         Users must be trained before using any CMA instrument.

       You must make a reservation to use any CMA instrument using the calendar. Reserved time may only be canceled more than 24 hours (1 day) ahead of the reserved time.  To cancel a reservation or part of one, make another entry for the same day and time to be canceled with "CANCEL/last name" in the text field, as well as the date and time that you added the cancelation. 

         Log your charge number (Oracle or PO) in your entry in the MS Excel instrument log located on the computer desktop of each instrument's PC.

         Users paying by PO must provide a hard copy of the PO to the CMA.
